I have served in ministy for 40+ years in just about every role imaganiable. I started 2 church plants, launched one campus at a multisite church and oversaw the launching of 4 other campuses as executive pastor at another church. I have a heart to serve the next generation of church planters and church leaders through coaching.

Coaching at the heart means service and help. You as the planter set the agenda, God is working in you in your particular location with your partucilar group of people. There is no “cookie cutter” approach to coaching and each planter has their unique circumstances and situations that needs encouragment, a listening ear, prayer support and more.

I offer to you that help and encouragment and I beleive that I can be that listening ear, that word of encouragment, that praying support and that one to press you to what you think and beleive is your next right step.
